Privacy Notice
How Ayniviva handles personal information.
Current version: 2026-10-03
Draft for Peruvian legal review. Before launch, Ayniviva must add its registered legal name, RUC, registered address, privacy contact, and complaints-book details.
1. Controller and law
Ayniviva (“The Company”) is responsible for the processing described here under Peru's Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733 and its regulations. Registered legal name, RUC, address, registered data-bank details and privacy contact are pending confirmation before launch.
2. Data we process
We may process account and contact details; booking, payment and payout records; messages and reviews; listing and Academy records; identity-verification status and provider references; device, security and consent records; support communications; and optional marketing preferences.
Identity documents and facial/liveness checks are handled by the disclosed verification provider. Ayniviva should retain only the minimum verification result and reference needed for safety and compliance.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use data to create accounts, make and manage bookings, hold and reconcile payments, verify hosts, approve homes, operate the Academy, communicate, prevent fraud, provide support, meet legal duties and resolve disputes. Optional marketing requires separate consent and can be withdrawn.
4. Sharing and international transfers
Data may be shared as necessary with the relevant traveler or host, payment and identity providers, communications and hosting suppliers, professional advisers, and authorities where legally required. Some providers may process data outside Peru; appropriate disclosures and safeguards must be confirmed before launch.
5. Retention and security
We keep data only as long as needed for the stated purposes, legal duties, fraud prevention and disputes. Booking and consent evidence may be retained for the applicable limitation period. We use proportionate organizational and technical safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security.
6. Your rights
You may request access, information, rectification, updating, inclusion, cancellation or opposition, and may withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. The final privacy contact and verification procedure will be published before launch. You may also complain to Peru's National Authority for Personal Data Protection.
7. Cookies and changes
Essential storage supports authentication, language and security. Non-essential analytics or marketing cookies, if introduced, will require a separate choice. Material changes will be dated and communicated where required.
