Host Family Agreement
Responsibilities, approval, bookings and payouts for Ayniviva hosts.
Current version: 2026-10-03
Draft for Peruvian legal review. Before launch, Ayniviva must add its registered legal name, RUC, registered address, privacy contact, and complaints-book details.
1. Eligibility and approval
You confirm you are at least 18, may legally offer the home, and will obtain and maintain applicable municipal, tourism, tax and safety permissions. Identity verification, both Academy courses and field inspection are required before a home can go live.
Ayniviva may request supporting documents and may pause or remove a listing for safety, legality, inaccurate information or material breach.
2. Listing and service standards
Descriptions, photos, availability, prices, amenities, meals and activities must be truthful and current. Provide a safe, clean room and deliver every included service. Disclose hazards, access limitations and material changes promptly.
3. Bookings
Respond to requests promptly, honor confirmed bookings, keep availability current, and communicate through Ayniviva. Do not request off-platform payment or discriminate unlawfully. Cancellations by a host may lead to traveler refunds, listing review or suspension.
4. Fees, payouts and taxes
Ayniviva retains a 12% commission from the host base price. Guest service fees do not reduce the agreed host base price. Eligible completed stays are normally paid twice monthly, on the 15th and month end, through the verified payout method.
The host is responsible for personal or business taxes, registrations and receipts required by law. Payout details must be in the verified host's own name.
5. Guests, incidents and data
Use traveler information only to provide the stay and protect it from unauthorized access. Report serious incidents promptly and cooperate with legitimate investigations. Emergency services take priority in urgent situations.
6. Term and law
Either party may stop future use, but existing confirmed obligations survive unless resolved with affected travelers. This Agreement is governed by Peruvian law and competent authorities and courts in Lima, without limiting mandatory consumer rights or Indecopi jurisdiction.
